Welcome to BodyFusion's website. There are 3 virtual classes offered each week.
BodyFusion Virtual Yoga is twice a week on Wednesday and Friday at 7:45 a.m. April's theme is all about the importance of our hands in practice.
Wednesday at 10 a.m. I teach Silver Linings, a seated strength, flexibility & balance class.
You can register for any or all of these classes by clicking on the schedule.
I am back at Kings Grant Saturday mornings at 8:45a.m. and Tuesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. The classes will be $12 payable to JPRD. For now it is pay as you go. Registration is required so please follow this link:
Look for the Westbank tab at the top of the page then scroll to the Fitness section You will find my classes there under BodyFusion Yoga. You will need to bring your own mats & blocks. I have some straps. If you have not invested in blocks yet I recommend cork blocks as they are more stable.
